BestTurn Co., Ltd. (CEO Wonjin Choi) announced that it has officially acquired the Eco-Friendly Cleaning Certification from the Korea Cleaning & Disinfection Professional Association (approved by the Ministry of Employment and Labor) as part of its ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) management initiative.

The Eco-Friendly Cleaning Certification is an official recognition awarded to companies whose cleaning services meet eco-friendly standards, demonstrating both environmental responsibility and high-quality cleaning performance. Through this achievement, BestTurn has been recognized as a company that effectively implements ESG practices in the environmental sector of aircraft cabin cleaning.

As a specialized aircraft cleaning company, BestTurn has established a systematic cleaning management system to ensure a safe and comfortable in-flight environment. From an environmental management perspective, the company has standardized its cleaning processes and emphasized the importance of eco-friendly practices through employee training, reinforcing the foundation for sustainable services.

With this certification, BestTurn is gaining attention as a model for ESG implementation across the cleaning industry. Even within the unique environment of aircraft cleaning, the company has built a management system that prioritizes both environmental protection and efficient resource utilization, setting a new benchmark for eco-friendly service models in the industry.

CEO Wonjin Choi stated, “This certification marks the beginning of our efforts to build a sustainable ground-handling environment that embodies ESG values,” and expressed gratitude to Incheon International Airport Corporation for providing opportunities through its Innovation Partnership Program.

He added, “Although aircraft cabin cleaning — a core part of turnaround operations — has long been considered a 3D (Dirty, Difficult, Dangerous) job, BestTurn aims to enhance the value of this profession through eco-friendly cleaning techniques and process innovation, ultimately contributing to more punctual flight operations.”

Moving forward, BestTurn plans to continue expanding its ESG management framework within the aircraft cleaning industry, establishing itself as a company that upholds both environmental responsibility and social trust.
